Another preview
Yeah, another preview. I've been working on the Shadow Comic some more and I'm very proud of myself for the way I did the background this time. There's more life back there now... I only fear when I have to draw it again and again. Well, I suppose it won't be that bad. The hardest part is figuring out what you're gonna put back there. After that, it's just a matter of being consistent.

Thanks Red! Lookin really tight there with the background! Glad to hear shadow is going pretty well. As someone not very fond of backgrounds i can see where your coming from, but i guess as they all say, its all just practice. :D Now if only i could take my own advice on that front........ hahaha :) Great post my friend.

I can understand when they say it's all about practice. I mean, you start learning to have fun with something it starts becoming interesting to do. For me, it's all about adding personality to what I'm drawing and all of a sudden, it's not a background, it's a character as well. So yeah, it's tough but probably maybe worth it.
